Kimchi Pancake (Kimchi Jeon) is a popular Korean pancake made with sliced kimich, egg, and flour.
We can add various vegetables, seafood, and meat for better taste.
It can be served as an appetizer, snack or side dish.


Ingredients: 600g squid, 650g aged kimchi, 250g onion, 3 cups of flour,
3 eggs, 2 1/2 cups of water, oil

Slice squids into proper length to eat.
